Terms of Service

1. Account eligibility and responsibility

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. A parent or guardian should create or supervise an account for a child under the age required by applicable law. The account owner is responsible for household invitations, permissions, guardian approvals, and activity under the account.

2. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans, billing frequency, trial length, renewal price, and cancellation terms are displayed before checkout. Unless canceled before the end of a trial or current billing period, a subscription may renew using the payment method held by the payment processor. Account owners can manage or cancel billing through the available subscription controls. Fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

3. Player and family content

You retain ownership of information and media you submit. You grant Softball Game Plan a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and honor the sharing settings you choose. You confirm that you have the right and appropriate permission to upload and share the content.

Profiles are private by default. Publishing a minor’s profile requires parent or guardian approval. The account owner is responsible for deciding what is made public and for promptly unpublishing content that should no longer be shared.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to impersonate another person, harass or exploit a minor, publish private information without permission, upload unlawful or infringing content, bypass access controls, distribute malware, scrape protected data, interfere with the service, or misrepresent recruiting interest, coach identity, statistics, credentials, or official sources.

5. Official sources, links, and AI output

College, coach, camp, eligibility, and scholarship information can change. Always confirm important facts and deadlines with the official institution or governing body. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

AI-assisted suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect and are not admissions, recruiting, legal, financial, medical, or eligibility advice. Review outputs before acting or sending them.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create safety, legal, or security risks. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Videorize LLC is not responsible for decisions made by colleges, teams, coaches, camps, governing bodies, payment providers, or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
